Ever been excited about starting a workout program, but a few weeks or months later ended up not being able to follow through with the commitment you made?
The Staying Power Program is designed to help you to stay motivated, encouraged, and empowered to continue your weight loss program to get the results you want and need!
How it works –
Set Goals:
You meet individually with one of our Fitness Behavior Coaches to set goals based on the type and amount of fitness activity you want to engage in weekly, as well as weekly nutrition, and stress management goals.
Follow Through:
We then coach you weekly to keep you encouraged, motivated, accountable, and empowered to follow through with the fitness goals you have set and help you to build healthy fitness habits that will last a life time.
Cost:
The first meeting is free! The cost of the program is regularly $50.00 per month, but if you join with a friend or family member, the cost is only $30.00 per month for each person. (Most people in the program SAVE at least that much just by making healthier choices on a daily basis.)
